Most people find that at some point in their lives they have issues with self-confidence that hold them back. I bet you've heard that voice - the constant nagging, negative voice in your head telling you that you can't or shouldn't do something or that you're just not good enough. I've been there and that voice can be pretty convincing!
The great news is that you don't have to listen to that voice. With coaching, we can get to the bottom of the doubts and worries that voice is expressing, then find ways to overcome them that allow you to move forward.

I have spent most of my career in IT fixing people’s problems so they can get on with their working day. I have always enjoyed helping people to resolve their issues so, when I felt like I needed a change of direction, I found Transformational Coaching and it has been a perfect fit. I trained with Animas Centre for Coaching in London and am now working towards accreditation.
Coaching has helped me realise dreams I thought were out of my reach, or hadn’t even considered, such as creating my own business and helping people to achieve their own dreams. Learning about cognitive behavioural theory and transactional analysis has been invaluable in my own life, as well as helping others to understand their patterns of behaviour.
I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their goals by working on issues that may be causing them unhappiness, anxiety and stress. I have experienced the frustration caused by living with and overcoming stress and anxiety, especially when trying to move forward in my life. I work collaboratively with my clients to find what is holding them back then moving forward and achieving their goals.
Coaching helps you to make changes in your life at a point where you aren’t sure what to do, where to go or how to do it. If you feel like you want to take control of your life or make your life better then coaching can help.
Coaching is a series of conversations to find out what it is you really want, what might be holding you back and ultimately how to go and get it. Together we explore where you are now, what might be stopping you moving forward and how to overcome barriers. We might find patterns you aren’t aware of that need to be broken or find out what you truly value in life to help you live the life you want. We will set goals and take action to enable you to fulfil your dreams.
Sound good? We start with a free telephone 30 minute breakthrough session to ensure coaching is the right fit for you. This breakthrough session allows us to get to know each other a bit better and I can understand what you want and how I can help you achieve it.
After this, we start with a package of 8 hours to be taken over 4 months to ensure you are committed and and motivated to make the changes you want to see. Sessions are usually around 1 hour via Skype so location is no issue. Video calling allows us to see each other and build a better relationship.
