HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Coaching helps you to make changes in your life at a point where you aren’t sure what to do, where to go or how to do it. If you feel like you want to take control of your life or make your life better then coaching can help.
Coaching is a series of conversations to find out what it is you really want, what might be holding you back and ultimately how to go and get it. Together we explore where you are now, what might be stopping you moving forward and how to overcome barriers. We might find patterns you aren’t aware of that need to be broken or find out what you truly value in life to help you live the life you want. We will set goals and take action to enable you to fulfil your dreams.
Sound good? We start with a free telephone 30 minute breakthrough session to ensure coaching is the right fit for you. This breakthrough session allows us to get to know each other a bit better and I can understand what you want and how I can help you achieve it.
After this, we start with a package of 8 hours to be taken over 4 months to ensure you are committed and and motivated to make the changes you want to see. Sessions are usually around 1 hour via Skype so location is no issue. Video calling allows us to see each other and build a better relationship.
